Acceptable Use

Last updated: May 2, 2026. Preflight Cinema is built for lawful, rights-cleared creative video workflows. You are responsible for the prompts, references, uploads, feedback, and generation choices you submit. You may not use the service to create, request, upload, or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intended to harm people. You may not create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, threats, targeted harassment, or content that enables real-world harm. Rights and identity. Do not upload or generate work using people, brands, products, logos, locations, artwork, music, footage, or other materials unless you have the rights and permissions needed for the intended use. Do not impersonate people, misrepresent endorsements, create deceptive political or commercial content, or use the service to invade privacy. Platform integrity. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, safety systems, authentication, billing, provider controls, or admin-only routes. Do not upload malware, secrets, API keys, stolen credentials, or content designed to attack the service or other users. Provider rules. Model providers may apply their own safety, content, regional, and usage requirements. A request that appears available in the Preflight Cinema interface may still be rejected, delayed, or changed by the provider. Enforcement. We may remove content, disable generation, reverse credits connected to abuse, suspend accounts, or report activity where appropriate.
