Commercial Rights
Last updated: May 2, 2026. Preflight Cinema helps users create and manage AI-assisted video generation workflows, but it does not grant rights that users do not already have. Commercial use depends on your inputs, references, model/provider terms, applicable law, and the permissions behind the people, products, brands, locations, artwork, footage, and other materials in the project. Your inputs and permissions. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights needed to upload references, describe products or brands, use likenesses, request style or visual direction, and publish generated output. Keep records of client approvals, releases, licenses, and brand permissions for commercial work. Generated output. Subject to the Terms, provider rules, and your own rights obligations, you may use generated outputs from your projects for commercial purposes. However, AI output can resemble existing works, people, places, or brands, and may require additional review before public release. No third-party rights guarantee. Preflight Cinema does not guarantee trademark clearance, copyright clearance, publicity rights clearance, model or talent releases, product-claim compliance, advertising compliance, or exclusivity in generated output. You should review final work before publication and get professional clearance where the use is sensitive, regulated, branded, celebrity-related, political, medical, financial, or high-value. Provider terms. Generation providers may impose additional restrictions on outputs, prompts, references, regions, model use, and commercial deployment. If provider terms conflict with your intended use, you are responsible for choosing another route or not using that output commercially. Contact.
