Why use preflight before generation?
Prompt Preflight and Frame Preflight help reduce wasted generations by reviewing direction, constraints, and risk before expensive generation.
For product, billing, provider, or account help, contact [email protected]. Include your account email, project name, video ID, the action you were trying to complete, and any visible error message.
If a generation fails, keep the project open and send the video ID, generation attempt ID, and the approximate time of the run. This helps support compare the app status, provider task status, and credit ledger.
For billing questions, include the Stripe receipt email or payment time, the credit pack or plan selected, and the account email. Do not send full card numbers, provider API keys, passwords, or other secrets.

Final regeneration depends on model capabilities. The system should make capability limits clear before users rely on repeatability.
Teams should approve the direction before expensive generation when references, camera choices, and constraints are clear enough to continue.
