Preflight Cinema

Refund Policy

Last updated: May 2, 2026. This Refund Policy explains how Preflight Cinema handles credits, failed generations, duplicate payments, and billing issues during beta. Credits and generated work. Credits are used for provider work and related generation steps. Once a generation successfully starts and produces output, used credits are generally not refundable simply because a creative result is not preferred. Users should use prompt chat, previews, lower-resolution runs, and approval checkpoints to reduce risk before high-cost generation. Failed provider jobs. If a provider task fails, times out, cannot be downloaded, or is recorded incorrectly in the credit ledger, Preflight Cinema may restore credits, issue replacement credits, or correct the ledger after review. Send the project name, video ID, generation attempt ID, and approximate time of the run to [email protected]. Duplicate or accidental payments. If you believe a payment was duplicated or made in error, contact [email protected] with the Stripe receipt email, account email, amount, and payment time. Refunds for unused credits may be reviewed case by case and may depend on payment status, account history, and applicable law. Subscriptions and credit packs. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and unused credit handling may vary by plan. Pricing and checkout screens should show the active plan or package before payment. Canceling a plan does not automatically refund credits already used for generated work. Abuse and policy violations. Refunds may be denied for activity that violates the Terms, Acceptable Use policy, payment rules, or provider restrictions. Contact. Refund and billing questions can be sent to [email protected].
