These Terms govern access to Preflight Cinema, including project workspaces, prompt assistance, reference uploads, frame previews, video generation, billing, and admin-reviewed beta features. By using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful work and only with content, references, brands, people, products, and materials you have the right to use. Accounts and access. You are responsible for activity under your account, keeping sign-in credentials secure, and making sure the information you provide is accurate. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, creating operational risk, violating these Terms, or exposing the service or other users to harm. Projects, prompts, and references. You retain responsibility for prompts, reference assets, uploaded media, feedback, and generation choices you submit. Preflight Cinema helps organize and improve video-generation workflows, but it does not verify that you own or control every third-party right, likeness right, trademark, copyright, publicity right, or brand permission involved in a project. Generated output. AI-generated images and videos can vary between attempts, providers, models, seeds, and settings. Continuity, exact regeneration, text accuracy, product fidelity, face consistency, and final commercial suitability are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use. Credits and billing. Credit costs may vary by model, resolution, generation type, provider route, and retry behavior. When Stripe checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe and credits are applied after successful payment. Failed provider work should be handled according to the Refund Policy and the credit ledger. Acceptable use. You must follow the Acceptable Use policy. You may not use the service to create illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or unsafe content, or to bypass provider or platform safeguards. Service changes. Preflight Cinema is a beta service and may change features, pricing, provider routes, model availability, generation limits, and credit costs as the product improves.
