We may collect account details, authentication identifiers, project names, prompts, chat messages, uploaded references, generated frames and videos, feedback, scene memory, usage logs, device and browser information, billing status, credit ledger entries, and support messages. Do not upload secrets, private API keys, payment card numbers, or content you are not authorized to use. How we use information. We use information to provide the service, generate and store project assets, remember project and user preferences, improve prompt assistance, route provider jobs, manage credits and billing, protect accounts, investigate errors, respond to support requests, and keep audit records. Service providers. We may use third-party providers for authentication, payment processing, AI generation, infrastructure, storage, logging, and email or support operations. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Preflight Cinema. Payment card details are handled by Stripe when checkout is enabled; Preflight Cinema does not need full card numbers to operate the product. Prompt chat and brain memory. User and project learning features may store preferences, feedback, accepted prompts, rejected patterns, scene notes, and continuity guidance so the assistant can make more relevant suggestions in future work. These records are intended to help the signed-in user and project, not to expose private project material to other users. Retention and deletion. We keep account, project, generation, billing, and audit records as long as needed to provide the service, support users, meet operational requirements, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate ledgers.
