Beta service status
Preflight Cinema monitors the application, database, storage, payment, authentication, and provider-generation workflow during beta. If there is an active incident, support will share the affected area, impact, and next update window.
Provider generation status
Video and image generation can be affected by upstream provider queues, regional availability, model errors, callback delays, and storage download delays. If a provider job fails or stays running longer than expected, keep the video ID and generation attempt ID for support.
Maintenance
Planned maintenance may temporarily pause generation, admin tools, or billing actions. Existing projects and generated assets remain tied to the account and project records unless support announces otherwise.
